Title: Corn Flour Lotion
Categories: Lotion
Yield: 6 Ounces

2tbGlycerine
2tbCorn flour (cornstarch)
1/2cDistilled water
2tbRosewater

This is a light, nongreasy lotion combining the old-fashioned formula of rosewater and glycerine with corn flour. It is perfect for soothing dry, chapped hands.

Mix together all ingredients in an ovenproof glass bowl or pitcher. Heat until just boiling and thick, 1 to 2 minutesin the microwave on High (stirring every 30 seconds), or on the stovetop in a water bath. The lotion will be clear and jellylike; stir thoroughly and cool completely.

When the lotion is cool, pour into a clean, airtight conatiner. Massage into your hands, face, or body.

Note: If your lotion becomes too thick, don't worry - you can thin it by adding water, one tablespoon at a time, and stirring thoroughly.
